On September 14, we welcomed back one of our valued regular clients, joining us for their third time out on the water. The couple set out with us on a 6-hour fishing tour starting at 7:00 AM. Conditions could not have been better—clear skies, calm winds, flat seas, and no sargasso in sight, making it a perfect day for fishing. Throughout the morning, the team worked with a variety of techniques including trolling, live bait, and artificial bait. The action was steady, and the couple managed to reel in some exciting catches. Highlights of the day included a strong barracuda and a nice-sized wahoo, both of which brought plenty of excitement on board. After the successful morning on the water, our captains prepared a fresh ceviche with the catch, served right on the boat. Enjoying such a meal made from fish they had just caught added a special touch to an already memorable experience.
