On this last day of 2025 we went out on a rainy day.Within an hour into the trip we hooked an estimated 300 lbs blue that did some acrobatics and took a bit of line off the reel ,unfortunately the hook came out. We continued and patience was rewarded later after another blue marlin came to check and hit two short corner lures before getting hooked on a long corner lure.Our customer's thirty years of trying to catch one finally paid off.
