Trip Summary
Had a good early morning winter bite run with Today We Fish Charter and Adventures. February mornings can be productive, and we headed out at first light to make the most of the cooler temperatures and calmer conditions.
We focused on bottom fishing techniques using light tackle throughout the morning. The redfish were cooperative, and we managed to boat several. Bottom fishing proved effective in the deeper pockets. Light tackle made every hookup more engaging and gave each fish a fair chance to show what they had. We wrapped up the half-day trip with a solid box and good action all around.
