Fishing Report – February 21 | Playa Flamingo On February 21, our guests enjoyed a productive trip aboard One More with Captain Arnaldo out of Playa Flamingo, just south of the Gulf of Papagayo. The action stayed steady all day, with two bonito landed and half a dozen silk snapper, which were safely released as part of our commitment to sustainable fishing. Snapper Action & Fresh Sushi Onboard – 4 Hours on One More ?? Great 4-hour trip aboard One More in the Gulf of Papagayo with calm seas and perfect conditions. We used fresh (caballa) as bait, combining trolling and bottom fishing. The highlight was landing a beautiful Snapper on the bottom. Right after the catch, we cleaned and prepared it onboard and made fresh sashimi right there on the boat — as fresh as it gets! Another fun and memorable family trip in Papagayo.
