Trip Summary

Clean conditions offshore and a solid game plan paid off. We hooked into a beautiful sailfish, putting on an acrobatic show before a successful release, always a highlight. Later in the day, we found the right zone and landed a strong dorado, bright colors and aggressive bite as always. Not a numbers day, but definitely a quality one, great action, good reads on the water, and a crew that made it happen. Pura vida

Started the day hunting structure and it paid off fast. The snapper bite stayed aggressive most of the trip, with three solid red snappers coming over the rail after some hard pulls and clean fights. Conditions kept changing throughout the morning, but the fish stayed active and ready to eat. Good action, strong runs, and another cooler headed back full. Costa Rica keeps delivering.

Our half-day inshore adventure delivered exactly the kind of action everyone hopes for in Quepos. Working the rocky reef areas close to shore, the crew stayed busy with aggressive red snapper crushing baits and putting up strong fights all morning long. Every stop had the potential for another hook-up, keeping the energy high from start to finish. With calm seas, beautiful weather, and fresh snapper coming over the rail, the trip turned into an unforgettable Costa Rican fishing experience. Great action, great memories, and some delicious fish heading back to the dock.
