With the ongoing hot weather, we had a break and some wind changes and the fish got fired up. We have been catching, big balck sea bass, grouper, cobia, redfish, sharks and the big Spanish Mackerel finally showed up. With the next week of NE winds we will fall back inshore for Redfish, speckled trout, flounder, sheepshead amd black drum. Dont let the ripped up ocean scare you. We have a whole world of inshore fishing in the Cape Fear area.

On our half day charters, we can fish ensure or near shore out to 5 miles and catch a variety of fish such as puppy drum flounder sheep, head, Spanish mackerel, blue fish, sharks, cobia amber jacks along with much more. On this four hour charter, we can visit several areas around Wrightsville Beach and depending on the weather we can fish up to 5 miles offshore on any half day charter.
