We have been getting a little practice in this week for this weekends Summer Solstice Species Hunt Shootout which is taking place here at the Marina Pez Vela in Costa Rica, can’t wait! Great to have Scott, Darrell, Frankie & Harson from Florida & Georgia join us aboard GOOD DAY, a great time was had by all and the catch report which included 8 species was: 3 Sailfish released, lost another 2 (raised 9 total) 4 Dorado 1 Wahoo 3 Grouper 2 Tilefish 2 Split Tail Bass 2 Devil Fish 1 Lizard Fish The Sailfish bite remains consistent and there are good opportunities for bottom fishing for Grouper & Snapper, plenty of small Dorados at the current breaks, Wahoo over the Offshore Reefs and Tuna & Marlin out deep. Inshore has been a little slow but should hopefully pick up in the next week or two. Give us a call if you would like a trip of your own!
