Father & son fishing days are always a special experience & the Colburn family from Boston joined us aboard GOOD DAY this week to enjoy their first Costa Rica Offshore Fishing experience. Catch report for the day: 2 Tuna (60lb & 35lb) 2 Sailfish (raised 4) And just when everything went quite at the end of the day as we trolled towards home, a Blue Marlin came in hot on the left teaser. We immediately pitched him a Bonito and were sure it was going to get eaten but he proved to be finicky and despite checking the spread out for the next 30 seconds he faded off & didn’t want to eat anything. An almost perfect ending to an already great day! We will be looking for another Marlin out there today.
