Trip Summary

1/2 Limits in 1/2 hour. Passengers had all the Rockcod they wanted. We then went off to fish for Bass. Sheepshead and Sculpin for the rest of the 5 hour trip. Also saw 100's of Dolphin and calm seas.

Left the dock at 7:15 AM to pickup bait and off to the Rockcod grounds. Within 2 hours had limits for everyone Then trolled for a Mako Shark out to 6 miles. No Mako but did see a Minke Whale. Then inshore to fish for Two Kinds of Bass and some Tree Fish Fun Day for all

With a light mist in the air we stop at the bait dock for do really great Chovy’s for bait. We then headed south for .40 minutes and started fishing for Rockcod. After trying 3 spots They two really nice Rockcod and some Sand dabs. We had dinner so we moved in shore to catch Calico Bass. Well the Brithday boy Hunter. Caught the biggest Calico over 17” we have seennin a really long time. Then back it up with the second large Calico of the day. It was the biggest fish he has every caught. A fun family to fish with.
