Trip Summary

The pictures with this report were from May to july of last season to give you and idea of what’s getting ready to take place Usually around May 7ththe water temps rise and you start to see the arrival of our summer species. Cobia red drum sharks both big and small Spanish mackerel ribbobfish bluefish triggerfish to name a few. Good sign of fishin hatteras now waiting to round cape point and move north on the first good heatwave with wind from the SW. cobia have already been reported in hatteras so next good 3 day SW wind maybe a few will start the move and with them come a wallof bait and life. That kicks off the season!
