Trip Summary

River temp 75 degrees. Started with a strong nw wind then shifted to sw. Floating moss made trolling near impossible, all bass caught on drop shot ir vertical jig. This is a typical July bite with many obstacles to deal with. Grinding for every bite.

River temperature 39° winds east at 7 miles an hour. Water color near perfect brown trout hit plugs mid river steelhead hit beads and eggs in the upper sections of the river.

Heavy west winds, but the fishing was incredible. Water color was a chalky green, and the water temperature was 48.6 degrees. Plenty of steelhead, lake trout, and brown trout . Bead bite is all we needed to crush fish today.
