Trip Summary

The bay fishing continues to be good, and the ocean is producing more larger fluke along with keeper sea bass, and tog. Mahi-mahi are within the range of our boat now. Various southern fish are being caught.

Today we boated 23 striper in three hours of fishing. All were caught on light tackle, and many were on top water baits. We released everything, but would have had a limit of 28" to under 31" plus we could have used tags on the five 25" to under 28" fish caught. We are only going to be on the Raratan Bay a few more weeks. If you would like to get in on some great action contact us.

The Babu captains trailer-ed the boat to Raritan Bay, and went striper fishing with light tackle exploring the area. They hooked and release over 12 striper once they found the location and bait the fish preferred. We were run and gun fishing most of the time and caught all the fish casting lures, buck-tails, and paddle tails. We are only going to be here for a few weeks.
