Lots of fresh fish meat going home w clients this week. As we move into the colder months we target excellent eating fish. The Halibut, White Fish, Rock Fish and Bass are biting and RockenReel Sportfishing is catching! Fish on. 11/30/2025

Bass, White Fish, Lizard Fish, rock fish, sculpin and halibut. The warm water fishing is slowing as of today and the 4 day storm we had. Water temps dropped from 66 to 63degrees. Still catching my friends. Safely released this Great White Shark today. Starting the deeper drops during colder months. Fish on! In order to load up on good eating cold water fish we need to put in some time - min 4 hrs to get to the rock fish grounds 300- 800 feet drops.- ideal 6 hrs - we will go to the hot spots and drop 300plus feet for all kinds of fish. Dont want to fight the fish- We also have a new big electric Daiwa reel that helps! The Great White Shark was fought by our client who owns a gym and trains all martial arts- the right guy to match up against the beast. I had to spin, back down and chase with the boat for an hour- blast ...fought til the end - both shark and angler were gassed- epic fishing story w pics! Great White was released safely back to its natural habitat but will never forget the " S.S. TARTAR SAUCE"
