Trip Summary

We decided to do a day bite instead of a night bite due to storms coming in. Man, were we right. Fish available from 33 feet to 27 feet of water, overcast river temperature, 74 degrees, air temperature, 65 degrees. Trolling worm harnesses and vertical jigging took fish.

Heavy west winds, but the fishing was incredible. Water color was a chalky green, and the water temperature was 48.6 degrees. Plenty of steelhead, lake trout, and brown trout . Bead bite is all we needed to crush fish today.
