Trip Summary
Water temp 40.2 degrees. Water clarity is green slightly cloudy. Winds north 15 to 20 mph. Cold morning turned sunny afternoon, but wind was always a factor. Lake ontario waves were unfisheable. River was ok from the middle section up. Steelhead bite was pucky with 3 hooked on eggs and 1 hooked on plugs. Bass were a little more aggressive. No fish took minnows today.
