Paige reach out to arrange a charter for her father Mel and fiance Mike. The goal was to capture a nice box of eater size Walleye for upcoming fish dinners. The other goal was have a great day on the water. Speed of catch was no concern. These 1st time drift and cast anglers had Walleye hooked from the first cast until the last fish were coming over the boat rail. We gave up netting as fast as they were coming. Paige went on the board 1st with back to back eyes. But soon the playing field leveled. This trio had boxed 18 by our 2nd drift. They took a short hydration break and let me cast for mine. Then they went into catch and release mode. Even as the East waves built to 4 feet they still had them going.
