River temperature is 65 degrees, and water clarity is very good. Light south wind on the lower river tonight. Managed 2 walleye in 3 hours. Moss is not terrible, but it's there. Vertical jigging was what took fish tonight with minimal interference from floating moss. The big challenge was the millions and millions of alewives and other bait fish. Definitely the earliest I've tried to night jig for walleye
