Trip Summary

Took a Texas crew out today. They wanted specks so we got em. Large trout were at nearly every stop. Condition were pretty good today with calm winds and good tide movement.

We chased reds for 2 days fishing the marsh and reefs. We caught some nice slots from 18 to 25 inches, some unders and several bulls. The largest was 20 lbs. The weather this weekend was unpredictable at best causing us to dodge some pop up storms and delaying start times but we got the fishing done.

Fished 2 groups for trout. Got on good bites both days. Water was beautiful and tide was good. Not much down time. Stopped short of limits with the first group after getting a hook in the finger. Its hot but we are getting back in before the heat gets us.
