Trip Summary

Saturday 6/8 brought great musky conditions in the morning. 6 AM start and we had a couple of fish follow within minutes, but they didn't want to commit. After about 2 hours we moved spots, again, getting a follower on the first cast. Just a couple of minutes later and my client hooked up, landing a nice 42 inch metro musky. Throught the rest of the day we found several more active fish that were curious, but not in the mood to eat. We've had a very unstable weather pattern the first couple of weeks this season, making it an inconsistent bite. That will change when the weather straightens up a bit.
