Here's one where we managed to hook a really good-looking wahoo, which is a great fish for grilling because it's firm and meaty, making it less likely to fall apart on the grill. Try marinating it with a combination of olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. After grilling serve with lime wedges.
