River temperature 39° winds east at 7 miles an hour. Water color near perfect brown trout hit plugs mid river steelhead hit beads and eggs in the upper sections of the river.

Heavy west winds, but the fishing was incredible. Water color was a chalky green, and the water temperature was 48.6 degrees. Plenty of steelhead, lake trout, and brown trout . Bead bite is all we needed to crush fish today.

Prevailing winds were big out of the west. We fished the Ontario shoreline for Brown trout, and we're very successful. With the winds eventually turning Southwest, we started using plugs as opposed to beads. Once we got our Brown trout, we fished up in the faster water and hooked lake trout.
