Trip Summary

Sailfish may be the fastest fish in the ocean, but that didn't help them escape from Pez Loco! We had about 50 hits and landed 24 sailfish today. Each one beautiful and strong. They're great fighting fish that we are honored to catch and release with the hope of catching that fish again another day.

A Couple of great Sailfish

Sailfish have been plentiful and always put up a good fight and a spectacular show. This one we caught with the GoPro underwater right before he lept into the air. We caught two nice sailfish today. Tuna was nowhere in sight as water temperatures have risen, which is normal this time of year. We're just starting to get seasonal rains, which will bring the temperatures down and with that we'll start to see a lot of tuna, too.
