The bite wasn’t great but Mario worked hard to get us on a couple of fish. He was a great captain and I’d definitely go out with Mario again!
This was the most challenging charter I’ve ever taken.
It was a 22 footer out on the Pacific. I thought we’d go toward the Sea of Cortes, but we went west. Jose, our captain, was incredibly competent. We bucked the waves (I was in the front, which is the challenging part), and my inexperienced companions were in the back, suffering no bounce or surf. In the end, the least experienced guy landed a 3.5 foot Mahi (Dorado), and we ate well for two nights. Everyone was involved in fishing, baiting and navigating. Good times, and thank you captain Jose!

Great captain and fisherman. We caught big snapper - 20 pounders and a couple Mahi-mahi, one at least 15 pounds. Jorge was a lot of fun, a trip to remember!!!
We did an afternoon trip and caught 4 bonitos. The boat is pretty small so you will get wet if it’s wavy, but it was a great trip overall.
