Didn’t get to the fish I wanted. Only caught a few small grouper species. That’s it. Trolled almost all day really close in. I captained the boat while he changed rigs and fished himself.  I did like that he let me handle the rod and setting the hooks.

Luis was very friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. We didn’t have much luck on the water and that was quite the bummer considering the expensive nature of these trips. We caught a few mackerel early in the morning and got skunked the rest of the day.

It was okay. The views are nice. Unfortunately no bites on our lines and were pressured for tip after the trip. Boat is also pretty small/cramped
