We started catching fish 15 mins into the trip.  Art and Lilly kept us on fish for the first 2 hours.  Other charter captains were reporting no bite on this day . Art runs a first class fishing operation.  We caught fish, the boat was clean, his first mate Lily was like a fishing machine managing all the gear and keeping lines in the water and baits in front of fish.  They were patient with our many questions and we learned a ton.
