The guys are so cool & helpful, we were at the wrong pickup location they sent someone over immediately to pick us up . I caught a huge wahoo the crew was amazing getting the fishing the boat 💯 I will be booking another trip soon with them

this is my first time with this crew, but my third trip fishing in Cabo by far the best captain and crew was amazing. Check-in was great. I ended up with a large yellowfin tuna. My son called Mario.

The marina is gorgeous and reminded us of Greece the way the boats were all docked against the beautiful mountain back drop.  This is where the wonderful experience ends..

First of all, we had no idea where to meet this boat captain.  We had no clue what the boat was called and when asking for directions, we were told several different things and ended up on the wrong side of the marina.  The boat needs an upgrade and I would say this could only accommodate two people not the 4 people in the listing.  We paid for the all inclusive but did not feel we got this experience at all.  They did serve us beer and water and a coke but the lunch was sitting on the top of the boat with the captain the entire time in the sun.  We were only offered these soggy sandwiches at the end of our trip.  If you offer lunch a better choice would be to give guests choices or even cookie onboard.  offer to cook the fish caught, this would be a better experience.
The captain and the first mate were super nice but I do not feel we got the private fishing experience we paid for.  Just because we caught one fish, does not make this a recommended charter as other things did not meet expectations either. Things to improve on are:

Directions to your boat need to be clear and you should be communicating with your guests more.  There is no reason we should have to spend an hour just trying to find where you are docked.

Your all-inclusive experience needs to be more clear, we had no idea we were getting soggy sandwiches for our “lunch” and only offered this at the end of the trip which it had sat in the sun all day.

You need to communicate with your guests more, let us know where we are going to find the fish.  Did you have a fish finder?  Offer to go to other fishing spots in the area or some you know of that are not overfished in.  Be more transparent, make your guest feel like you are really trying to find more fish.  Don’t just troll out of the boat and call it good.

I do not like giving bad reviews but I feel you are good fisherman but just need a little improvement.
