Booked a four hour trip expecting minimal catch but were we wrong! We had over 20 fish and were able to keep 11 of them. Jordan and Ray did a great job helping us get the fish off our hooks while allowing time for photos. They were very knowledgable and Jordan made sure to reposition the boat when we drifted too far off the mark and bites slowed. Our take home included sea bass, rock bass, pigfish, blue line grouper, and a spade fish.
Highly recommend and we will be booking again when we return to Myrtle.

Excellent trip in every way. Prior to the trip, the captain communicated often with me to provide details and updates. I even had to change the trip date,  which was immediately accomadated.
For a special shout out to our crew, Alec and Roy, the captain and deck mate. they baited our hooks every time and pulled the fish off of the hooks. They were outstanding. Our little group of 7 people caught over 200 fish for the day. I couldn’t believe how well the fish were biting.  What a fun day we had and can’t wait to go again.

our original trip got cancled due to motor issues. they called me the day before and made it right by taking us on two different charters the next. day didnt catch as much as i think we would have on the original charter we booked but over all we had a bkast and ended up catching a 6ft shark

We planned and reserved 11hr trip out to the gulfstream on a semi-private 16 person boat as part of a Bachelor’s weekend for the guys. The owner, Captain Bob, called me the evening before we were set to depart in order to alert me of a bad offshore ocean forecast for the next morning, and for that reason he was having to cancel that trip. Yet knowing why we were there, he offered to let us do a 3/4 day Nearshore private charter in it’s stead, but this would be aboard a smaller vessel than what we had originally booked, to which we gladly accepted. The waters was very rough, though Captain, crew, and vessel handled it just fine. We caught quite a few Spainish mackerel trolling, some Blues while bottom fishing that we ended up using as cut bait for the shark rigs, and 3 or 4 Atlantic “Sharp Nosed” sharks all being 3-4 foot in length (Perfect eating size). Listen, all in all, the water was pretty rough, and the boat was a bit hard to to move around freely on. But Captain Randy, and his first mate were completely first class couple of guys, because they probably would’ve rather not been out there themselves on those rough ass swells either, but they never let it be seen by us. We saw some 5 and 6 foot swells spaced out about 3-4 seconds apart (pretty rough) But the Callabash Fishing Fleet, Captain Bob (the owner operator), and Captain Randy saved our Bachelor Weekend Fishing Trip, and managed to put us on a few fish, and now we have another fishing story to tell! Thanks to everyone at the Callabash Fish Fleet on Little River in Callabash NC! Thanks A Million Guys!! Oh, and I heard Captain Randy Has A Pretty Good Band and plays a mean rhythm guitar Also! I’ll be back in June Captain Randy, So I hope my Wife and I get to catch you guys out playing somewhere then! Thanks again Brother!

Was a good 1st time experience! Got wet on the boat which was a nice cool down. Didn’t catch many fish due to current and construction in the water but caught some good sea bass. Crew was great and helpful had a good time. Would recommend and come back again!
