We ended up with windy conditions, but Capt Mackie was willing to keep pushing so my son had an opportunity to fish. We caught somebig and some small fish, but action was consistent and the time flew by. Capt Mackie was very good with my 23 year old. He answered questions, helped when needed, and also taught him how to remove hooks from fish. Would recommend and would do the trip again!

We caught a couple Gar, an anundance of cat fish !! and a baby bull shark !! Captain Mackie was both patient and knowledgeable!! Close driving distance from the french quarter !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing time on our charter with Wicked Fishing! I brought my 11- and 8-year-old sons, and Mackie was fantastic — not only helping all of us fish but also letting the boys get hands-on with tying up the boat and cleaning the catch. We ended the day with a great haul of fish to take home, and the boys couldn’t have been prouder. Such a fun, family-friendly adventure — highly recommend!

Great trip with Captain Mackie!  We had an amazing time, lots of fish, Redfish, Sheephead, Flounder, Blue Catfish, and tons of Speckled Trout!  We highly recommend Wicked Fishing with Captain Mackie!

My father and I had a wonderful time with Captain.  He did a great job of helping us get the proper technique down and stayed busy baiting our hooks with all the nibbles. Captain was patient and steady with my father. The sheepheads were a great battle! We had a wonderful afternoon and left tuckered out from all the fun with a lot of good fish to take home and eat.
