Avoid. Dont waste your time or money
The trip appears to be a 4hr trip despite being listed as 5hrs. The terms clearly state that a no show would only forfeit your deposit, however they told us we had to pay for a no show and take it up with FishingBooker to clarify terms. The captain did not understand FishingBooker terms, it seems the captain does not pay attention to details, and has since refused to honor the agreeement. The crew began cleanup on the way back to dock and hit people with dirty soapy water. I would suggest fishing from shore or looking for a different type of trip with another fishing service provider.
You reserved 4 spots on a limited capacity trip. the trip was sold out. you arrived to the boat and simply said one person is not coming. we told you that you have to pay for that ticket. you werent happy about that. you had the option to leave this was all before we departed. you stayed and tried your hardest to get your money back from fishing booker. you failed. I then told them to have you call me, you did. I offered you a credit for one person this is because . remember you had the option to leave before the trip departed. Now you get nothing. Tell the truth the whole truth. we have a video of the whole conversation. should we post it up.
