Captain spotted a hammerhead shark following a live bait. He said that it was only 20# test line. Could fight it for a long time and never get to see it. Had a good size fish shake the hook off about half way in, right out of the gate. I. aught 5 fish, same kind. Forgot what they were but I gave them up to use for bait. An 18 year old kud caught a 40” baracuda, which was really cool. This is the 3rd time I went out with these guys and I will seek them out and go again next year.

Captain Pete was amazing, super knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining. He definitely knows what he’s doing and knows how to catch fish. Mike was such an amazing Captain and very knowledgeable. It was just my 15yr old nephew and myself. We’ve both never been saltwater fishing more less nearshore but he was so kind and patient with us both. We even caught a 7.5-8ft Great Hammerhead shark!
