Very windy conditions and an 8 degree water temp drop over night made it a challenge to locate the fish early in the trip. After not getting anything on the line at the first few spots, and weather picking up in the Bay Captain Jake had us pick up one more time and move to another bayou that could protect us better from the wind. I was able to get my dad as well as my two sons together for a three generation fishing trip while we were all together for spring break. Captain Jake was amazingly patient with my boys (12, 10) when they were unfamiliar with the heavier fishing than they are used to.
