We had a fantastic experience fishing out of Hatteras aboard the Stormy Petrel II with Capt. Brian and first mate Danny. They did an incredible job taking care of our large group and made the whole trip smooth, fun, and stress-free. had a great day captain and mate had us on fish practically all day on 6hr trip caught amber jack cobia afew other types we took home only what we would be able to use .we took 80lbs of fish but caught much more and released my crew of 7 had a great time and are already talking about the next time. thanks for a awesome time of memories!!!!!

We had 10 guys on this trip. Captain Brian and first mate Danny were excellent. We caught our snapper limit in the first 2-3 hours of being on the water. Their help was great. We caught Red Sapper, Wahoo, Kobia, zamber Jack, and Mahi Mahi. The only feedback I would give is the morning debrief on how to use the rods was hard to hear over the roar of the engine so most of our group had to learn on the fly while we were fishing. All in all a great successful trip!

After doubtful weather forecasts this turned out to be one of the best fishing charters we’ve had. Captain Brian and First Mate Danny were great hosts! On top of their professionalism we pulled in King Mackerel, Bluefish, and Seabass. We’re now planning a return later in the season.
