Right after we booked I got a call from the company to inform us that their primary boat was down for maintenance. They wanted to make us aware and offered a refund if we were not okay with that. I highly recommend Big Shooter Fishing Charters! Captain Jeremy and Deckhand Mose showed us a great time yesterday. They were very patient as they worked around our film crew and helped us snag some snapper. We caught a few huge amberjack too, but they aren’t in season so we couldn’t keep them. Captain Jeremy and crew were great. Excellent communication and responsive to questions in the weeks leading up to the trip. The snappers were slow biting but he worked hard to get us our limit. We actually caught more amberjack than snapper. Too bad they were out of season. My younger kids appreciated being able to get out of the sun and the on-board bathroom. Would definitely go back on another trip with Captain Jeremy. Great time.
