Our family had an amazing charter fishing experience with Charlie at Average Guy Adventure! Charlie was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Captain Blish and his team were great both day of and leading up to the trip.  The lake temperatures were warmer than normal because of the prevailing south winds. This made the fishing a little slow, but we ended up with more hits than most of the other boats out on the water. This showed their understanding of the lake and their determination to get you hooked on as many fish as possible.  Will book with them again.

Captain Charlie was just the grooviest! 10/10 would highly recommend! His first mate wasn’t available and Captain Charlie was just on top of it! Definitely coming back!!

Captain Charlie was up front about conditions, our strategy that day, and explained the inversions in the water and a lot of the why for our fish search. We ended up finding fish where he thought they’d be and others who called him up were soon on the horizon and benefiting from Charlie’s strategy.
