We had a great time. We did the 6 hour trip but caught our tunas within the first 2 hours. We ended the trip with two yellow fins (120 and 80 pounders), and a mahi mahi. We had a blast! Thanks captain Shannon.
Booked a half-day morning trip just to get out on the water and experience fishing in Oahu. Shannon and his crewmate were extremely helpful, welcoming, and made the entire experience a lot of fun. For such a short trip, we were able to land a nice-sized yellowtail and a skipjack! Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy some fishing while visiting Oahu.
We went on the 4 hour pm charter. We didnt get any bites until midway through and then 4 went at the same time. only able to hook 2 and then we got a 3rd later. All of our fish were Skipjack ranging from 15-23ish pounds. The day was warm, but other than that it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely come again!
Started slow...then we found the birds feeding...and boom ! One nice Mahi mahi, 5 yellowfin tuna and 3 skipjack tuna.
Captian Shannon was so cool and laid back! He kept us in the loop on what we were doing next. His first mates were so helpful in bringing fish in with us. We were able to catch onto some good sized tuna! We’d definitely book with these guys again!
