Unfortunately this is the thanks we get for being too honest with our customers….here is my note to this customer right after the requested trip:
“ Unfortunately no rock fish and very little (really nothing) running on the beach front 1/2 day trips.  I’d recommend cancel and maybe look to a Chesapeake bay rock charter might be you’re best bet.  Thank you”

I told this customer it would be a 4 hr boat ride/no fish….never heard back (no calls/messages/texts/emails from customer)but yet shows up to fish after being told the trip was cancelled and after the entire month was blocked off the calendar.  I even recommended an excellent alternative, called to verify for him they were open, gave him the contact info and yet still we get a negative feedback?? Although I am very sorry you are displeased with this outcome, I’m not sure how to communicate with an individual who refuses to listen to expert guidance and judgement to make sure you actually had an enjoyable trip which we were not able to offer at this time due to circumstances completely out of our control….the weather and fish actually present to catch.
