We had the best trip with Captain Dennis! Our poles bent every time we through them out. We took our 7 and 9 year old with us and they had more fun than we did…..if that’s possible! Captain Dennis was extraordinary with our kiddos. If fishing isn’t your thing, we followed a shrimp boat for a good half hour. We were literally surrounded by DOZENS (I really want to say hundreds…..there was no way to count all of them) of dolphins…..right up next to us. It was the coolest experience!! Way better than any dolphin excursion you could pay for elsewhere. Definitely recommend Captain Dennis. He knows where to go.

We were nervous going deep sea fishing in January due to the weather and lack of species to keep. Captain Dennis was absolutely fantastic and took us to all the good spots! We ended up catching our limit in Black Sea bass and caught a few other species we weren’t expecting to catch/keep! He is a very knowledgeable and helpful guide and I would recommend to anyone interested in going deep sea fishing in the Jacksonville area.

Captain Dennis was great!
He knew all the fish “hideouts “ and could park us right on top of them even though the water was cold and the fish were lazy
Also he was amazing with the family and patiently taught us all how to catch in the sea
We fished till we were tired and just stopped counting!

Will be looking him up in a few months again for sure

Expectations is everything. If you are looking for a great day fishing and someone who knows the area and have some great conversation, who is knowledgeable about fishing and has the want to kind of attitude to make sure you have a good time then capt. Dennis has the let’s go catch some fish attitude. Looking forward to the next trip.
