  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Second year in a row with Carolina Charters, and they continue to deliver! Victor is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and just an all-around great guy. Most importantly, he was fantastic with my son and made sure he had an incredible time on the water. It’s not just about catching fish; it’s about making memories, and Victor does an awesome job of making everyone feel comfortable and involved. We had another great trip and will definitely be back again next year! If you’re looking for a great charter and an even better captain, Carolina Charters is the way to go! 🎣

  Half Day Trip on September 4, 2026 • 3 adults

  We originally booked this trip for March, but my dad decided he wanted to move it to September for his birthday. Victor was very accommodating with the date change and was a great guide for both my husband and my dad. The fish weren’t really biting much that day, which happens, but Victor let them stay out a little longer to keep trying. They were able to bring some flounder home, and we really appreciated the extra effort and time he gave them. Overall, they had a great time, and we would definitely recommend Victor!

  2 hour morning trip.

  2 Hour Midday Trip on July 29, 2026 • 3 adults

  Booked a 2 hour trip with Victor. We had a great time despite the bite being off. Victor worked hard at trying to get us on fish. We hooked up with a solid fish that busted us off and boated one croaker. We we re getting some pretty good bites around the docks but couldn’t get hooked up (probably due to our lack of experience in this type of fishing). Victor was patient and very informative. He was also good at trying to get our 2.5 year old son involved by showing him the different baits and answering all of his “whys”. All in all i would absolutely book another trip with Victor. Even if the fishing wasn’t on fire, the company and the experience was top notch. Thanks again!

  Perfect day on the Water

  Half Day Trip on July 15, 2026 • 2 adults

  Words couldn’t describe the gratitude me and my girlfriend have for Captain Victor for providing us with an absolutely perfect day out on the water. Not only were we catching fish the whole time targeting sheepshead, black drum and red drum, (with 2 rays as well, awesome fights) but we had a blast chatting with Captain Victor, learning about the different species of fish we were catching, and using the techniques he taught us to catch them. Couldn’t recommend this guide enough, if you ever find yourself in the area looking to get on to some fish, then this is your guy. I know next time I visit the Wilmington area I’ll be booking with Captain Victor.

  Fish!

  Half Day Trip on June 14, 2026 • 2 adults

  4 hour trip fishing the ICW! We started the day targeting red drum along the jetty at Masonborough Inlet. Didnt land any redfish but probably had a few that broke us off. We caught toadfish that were probably 2-3 pounds but feel and fight like a much bigger fish! We hooked a stingray that was running and ripping drag like crazy! At one point the line got wrapped around one of the power poles…how the line did not snap i dont know! We caught a nice black drum and enough sheepshead for a nice family dinner! Captain Victor is great with kids and very patient…..highly recommended!
