Captain Ron is a very pleasant guy who really knows the local waters. He was as natural with an 11 year old boy as he was with the men. And on a windy day, we caught more bluefish and porgies than we kept. We would have included a photo of the fried up porgies, but the fish disappeared too fast. Not a small matter, he’s an excellent butcher, equally deft with the bluefish as the porgies.

We had a great time with Captain Ron! My 9 year old son was starting to show signs of getting sick, the captain immediately changed tactics and got us out of the area where the waves were. We caught lots of fish and ate fresh fish for dinner!

Took my 6 year old out with captain Ron. We caught a lot of fish and had a great time. We did both bottom fishing and top water with lures and he always had us on fish. I would definitely recommend.
