Jose Reyes my Captain/crew was excellent. The days experience was lessened because we were kept waiting an hour to be picked up. When Miguel finally came he gave a lame excuse that he had tire problems. He never called Jose and told him this until he got there. David Groverman

Beautiful river trip, nice rods, everyone was on time and a nice guy paddling for us, but there was a significant communication barrier since we spoke little Spanish and he spoke very little English. So there was no way for the guide to provide any advice or local knowledge. We were very lucky that neither of us lost a leader or a fly until the last hour because he had no spare tackle onboard! Still glad we did it. We saw monkeys, crocodiles, lots of different birds and we did catch some machacas, but could’ve been really disappointing had we lost a fly sooner.
