Captain Trey made the fishing out with my son and best-bud fun and exciting. He was a great teacher and instructor. We caught several fish including hard-head catfish and croaker as the Redfins were not biting. We even caught a stingray and threw it back. The kids had a wonderful time. He is experienced and knows the waters in the area very well.

Took my son and grandson for their first ocean fishing trip. Since my grandson is 11, we opted for the 2 hour trip. Fishing however isn’t an exact science and we only caught 2 blue crab (unintentionally) and two ocean catfish. Besides that we got to enjoy a boat ride and Captain Trey was great especially to my grandson. The trip was expensive when you consider the lack of fish but well worth it when you consider the memory.

I appreciate the review, Tony. And am appreciative and thankful to have met each of you. It was a tough morning, for sure. Unfortunately, these kind of outings do happen. And I get understand what you’re saying. We started out swinging for the fences and scaled back to try to catch anything that would bite. After all, kids/beginners trips should be action packed. Captain James is an amazing guide. We had two 11 year old boys and two dads on the trip. Captain James was the most patient, knowledgeable, and kind person you could ask for. He put us on top of tons of fish where the boys were constantly entertained. Highly recommend and will use again.
