Winner winner fish for dinner! 🐟
Thank you so much Shawry for an absolute cracker of an afternoon! Hands down the best fishing trip we’ve been on! Your knowledge of all the local spots was unbeatable and the fact we caught a GT and Queenie to take home for dinner was the cherry on top. Thanks for filleting the fish for us so it was prepped and ready to go and for the great cooking advice too. We fried it up with some panko crumbs and beer & it was better than restaurant quality! Super tasty!! All in all I think we caught around 9 fish with 7 different species; Giant Trevally, Queenie x2 different types, Brim, Cat Fish, Devils Fish, that one with the black spot that I can’t remember the name of and almost a Barra... not to mention all the mullet you caught in one throw of the net too! Thanks for also keeping a keen eye out for crocs for us and for stopping mid way through so we could jump off and use a bathroom back in the harbour! Excellent service, great chat, perfect recipe and amazing local knowledge... And the whole booking process with Julie was a breeze too! Great communication! We will definitely be giving you and Julie a buzz next time we’re back for round two! Thanks again, Sarah & Simon.
