We went out for an early half day trip.  John had pre-warned us that the lake was turning and the fishing was really tough right now.  We chose to go anyway and give it a shot.  John was right about it being tough in these conditions and the other boats weren’t doing well either.  John did get us on some stripers and it was great!  We had a lot of fun fishing and visiting with Captain John!  We hope to be back in the spring for another trip with Captain John.  The conditions should be much more conducive to catching Stripers at that time of year.  Thanks Captain John!

We had a blast catching lots of fish with a great captain on lake Texhoma. I would recommend anybody that likes to catch Fish and have a great time doing it with an fantastic Captain choose Captain John’s services . My kid started to have a bad attitude during the trip but as experienced captain John made him feel comfortable and made out trip a memorable one to remember for ever I highly recommend his fishing charter services to everyone who likes to getaway from everyday life have a great time and catch lots of fish doing it

This was an amazing trip! We received this trip as a Father’s Day gift and couldn’t have had a better captain and overall experience. The captain is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to showing his clients a great day of fishing. I have fished the canyons off of the New Jersey coast, all over the the Caribbean, Carolinas, South Florida, the Bahamas and more and this trip was just perfect. Thank you Captain John you are the best! Striper fishing in lake Texoma was more fun than I ever expected. I highly recommend this guide.

Bought this half day striper fishing trip for my fiancés birthday on lake Texoma- we have never been on a guided fishing trip before and didn’t quite know what to expect. Captain John Brett had the necessary equipment we needed for the day. Sadly, the fish weren’t biting much this day and we ended up only catching 5 fish- seemed like a tough day for all anglers out there. I am still giving this trip a good review because captain John did all he could for us to catch what we did and have a delicious fish fry afterwards. Definitely interested in going out again sometime!

Booked a half day trip with captain John and was not disappointed. The day started out cold and slow but captain John managed to get us on the fish and ended up the day on a major high with our last two fish being about 14 lbs each. Har a great time and would definitely recommend him to all.
