Not only was the boat very clean , the refreshments were plentiful. The barracuda were nice to catch in the first 30 minutes. The wahoo really made the trip and captain Nelson and Jeffry the first mate were so friendly. Captain Nelson Coke’s the wahoo for lunch when we returned to dock and used his secret marinade recipe , I was so pleasantly pleased and very full after eating the fresh wahoo I didn’t want to leave , as the conversation was pleasant as well as the company. It wasn’t very long into our trip that we booked this beauty! An hour and a half later this blue marlin was in our boat! Managed to catch a couple Mahi mahi a little while after. Highly recommend this boat and crew!

Dear Barry, We are so sorry about the situation you described; this is not part of our vision of service. We investigated and it is correct that the pickup was not on time (according with the driver was 10 minutes of delay), this because the transportation driver was waiting in a different exit door (you were in door A he was at door B). Dear Barry,

We are so sorry about the situation you described; this is not part of our vision of service. We investigated and it is correct that the pickup was not on time (according with the driver was 10 minutes of delay), this because the transportation driver was waiting in a different exit door (you were in door A he was at door B).

It is important you know that there are some situations out of our control, as weather conditions that was not good enough the date of your tour in the afternoon, but was so good in the service in the morning, (but it is important to mention that it was in a safety manner, because this service was given in our 50 FT Boat, and you never were in unsafe conditions as you mentioned).

We would like to close, remembering the comments of nice compliments and satisfaction you gave to us about the boat when you came on board.

So sorry again, but please be sure that your safety and satisfaction is part of our business vision.
