If you’re wanting a guide in Puerto Rico then this is your man. Carlos went above and beyond for us!  his boat is extremely nice and clean and he knew wexactly what he was doing.  Helped my wife the entire time since she doesn’t know much about fishing.  Can’t say enough about Carlos, he is the man!!
