My review:
This was the best fishing i have ever done in Alaska! I have been on 3 different charters before and only caught one small halibut, but this time we decided to go with Captain Marcus, and we all had full bags of fish with our limit. Thank you Captain for unforgettable experience! I am happy, wife is happy. If in the next summer we still be here in Alaska, we will only go with CPT Marcus and his Black Pearl!

It was my very first fishing trip, and Capt Marcus made it unforgettable. I didn’t expect to love fishing this much! Honestly, I was ready to go again with the same crew the next day!

This charter was top notch! Captain Marcus and deck hand Riley did a great job. The boat and equipment were great. You could tell Captain Marcus loves what he is doing. He is easy to make conversation with and enthusiastic about putting you on fish and making your overall experience fantastic. I will be booking this charter again. Marcus is super professional and made our trip an unforgetable memory

Captain Marcus and Lars provided a first class experience in a short period of time for me and my family. We ended the day with our near daily limit of halibut and plenty of other fish caught along the way. We didn’t end up with any salmon in our 8 hour combo fishing trip, but not for lack of trying. Would definitely go out again if we were back in Homer. Thanks for a great trip.

boat and crew were great. lacked details about gaff days. Only one halibut per person on Tuesday and Wednesday. If I knew that I would have booked a different day. plus had to get a license which I thought was included. Then there were two other people we didn’t know on the boat also. Not a big deal but I thought I rented the boat for my party! The crew worked hard to get us on the fish and keep us on them. Still a pretty good trip!

Over 90 lbs of cleaned fish to ship home. 8 Halibit and 23 cod Boat state of the art Excelent equipment. Experienced captain Energetic crew The fish had no ware to hide Families and avid fisherman alike will enjoy the experience remember to dress warm and before you go get your licenses
