Rich was wonderful. I had booked two other charters with different captains and neither would respond to me and both canceled at the last second. Rich communicated with me pretty much immediately. He was kind and I felt as if he truly understood how important this trip was for us. We didnโt have as much luck with big fish as we would have liked but he kept trying different spots and thatโs all I couldโve asked for. My wife also had a blast and I wasnโt sure that she would so that was huge for me. We saw a couple different sea turtles and a manatee as well as a shark, and the sunset was incredible. Overall very grateful we got to go with Rich and if we get the chance to go again I wonโt hesitate to go with him again. Thank you man
