the guy on the phone told me to meet him at a gas station saturday morning. after watiing 20 minutes I called and he never apologized but thought he told me different. then tells me directions to get to the boat , completely the wrong way and assumed I knew the town. I get to the boat 40 minutes late only beacuase I called the guy driving the boat , we catch zero fish, and Im not offered a dime back. the guy on the boat was awesome, but what a crappy way to run a business

SORRY 4 the mixup on location of your Boat. That’s not how we operate here at Whitecap charters. Hopefully we can have a second chance in the future to make things better and put you on some fish. Capt.Kent and Crew

Although the day of our trip, we had a little misunderstanding, Captain Kent called and spoke to me about our experience. I felt like he really truly cared. I am fully satisfied after our conversation and would book with Whitecap Charters again. It’s hard to find people who care, so if you are looking to book with someone who does, there’s no need to look any further. Thank you Captain Kent.

Heather, I’m glad we got the talk about about some of the problems that arose and get them cleared up with you. Sorry for make not explaining everything but I thought fishing booker had that covered. Like we talked about what you thought was an overcharge, being the 3.5% service fee that is charged. If there is a next time and I hope there will be please call if you have any concerns.
