We had a great time. Caught plenty of fish. Caption Berno and Mark were great. Exactly what we were wanting when we booked the Windwalker 2.
Dont listen to the previous reviews complaining about a grumpy caprain.ย The only time we/you interact with the captain is starting the trip while he explains things and again at the end when he thanks you. He is up on the bridge driving the boat the entire time trying to find the best fishing spots. The first mate was incredible and very patient even after having to repeat instructions over and over. The back of the boat is covered which helps with the sun as well as providing hand grabs if the swells get big. We caught plenty of fish and made wonderful memories. Id go with this crew again tomorrow if time allowed.

This was our annual girls trip. we picked Destin to spend sometime at the beach. My son and his buddies had been fishing with the Windealker II crew & caught the heck out of fish. So we decided to book a trip. We had a great time. Captain Berno found great fishing spots.ย Mark the deck gand was very patient with us. We werenโt very good at reeling them in but got lots of bites. It was alot of work but also we had fun doing it. We ended up with nine fish.ย Not to bad for two old ladies ๐คฃ๐คฃ. I would highly recommend booking a fishing trip with the Windwalker II crew.

Took a group of 12-year-olds and dads fishing and the crew did a great job.ย They gave an update on the sea conditions that morning beforehand and when it got too rough, we came back in closer to do some calmer water trolling.ย We caught 4 or 5 different kinds of fish, good sizes, and they filleted them for us to take home and cook.
Captain and crew were great. Went out on a 10 hour trip and caught a ton of fish. There was never a dull moment.
We caught mackerel,grouper, various kinds of snapper , and even a Mahi Mahi. Great trip.
