I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Get’n Hooked Inshore Adventures. You and your guys were easy to get along with, and gave it a valiant effort.  I try my hardest on each and every trip to put my clients on fish. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, it just doesn’t work out that way.  I explain on every trip that I will do everything within my power to put you on fish, the only thing I can’t do is put them on the hook. But once they are on the hook, I will do everything I can to make sure we get them in the boat.  No, I don’t guarantee limits of fish, but it’s not to say that it couldn’t happen. Anything is possible when fishing. If you’re looking for a meat haul, then no, I’m not your guide. It’s not that I don’t want my clients to catch limits, or due to lack of trying, I just know from 45 years experience, that’s not going to happen on every trip.

I feel the trip wasn’t a complete washout considering three other guides in our area didn’t catch anything that day.  Boating 1 nice red, 5 bass, and 3 misses.

My motto is “Let’s have fun, and catch fish”.  I feel fun is a important factor when fishing, especially when it’s a tough day, due to those unforeseen circumstances. Who would want to spend 8+ hours on a boat with a grumpy captain.  Please give me a call in the future so I can try to make things better for you. - Captain “Bait” Clinton.
